WARNING! THIS IS A PSA ISSUED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT

This announcement is in regards to the recent outbreak that has occurred.

The ‘C4N15’ virus is highly contagious and is spread through contact within a 1 meter radius around any domestic canine and any persons fellow dog people that have contracted inherited ‘C4N15’

Humans infected with the aforementioned virus will display the following symptoms normal behavior:

• Speech akin or containing growls or barks

• Tongue hanging out of their mouth and heavy panting

• Wagging motions of the posterior and/or a presence of a tail

• Nose appears moist or leathery

• Unusual hair or fur growth

• Swelling on the palms and fingers similar to pads

• Facial features and ears in abnormal lengths/position

• Expressing the urge to consume dog food and other canine products

• Interested in the presence of squirrels/other small animals

• Sniffing the environment and people in an obsessive manner

• And other overall actions that are alike to canine mannerisms

Infected humans will also believe and insist that they were always dog-like and proceed to convince their peers the same about themselves.

The following are instructions to help ensure the safety of all citizens canines:

• Stay indoors as much as possible and report any domestic canine in your home for safe, humane removal. Go outside as much as possible and embrace your fellow dogs in your home!

• Do NOT approach any domestic canine you may come into visual contact with. Be sure to pet any doggies you meet!

• Do NOT attempt to help any individual that may be or is infected. Be sure to give anyone a big hello doggy kiss to help them!

• Immediately evacuate the premises if there is a strong smell of ammonia present and is not identified. Take a BIG whiff and sniff around because that means a doggy has claimed their ground and is nearby!

• Stockpile and consume ONLY food and water in sealed containers and packages. Be sure to drink anywhere you want to hydrate! Water fountains, puddles and even toilets are all okay!

• DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY WHISTLES, BARKS, OR ANY CONVERSATION BY THOSE INFECTED. Listen and obey your doggy masters! Let your fellow dog people convince you of your true, doggy self!
